A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE ONE (1) NEW UNIT INDUSTRIAL BACKHOE LOADER FROM TREKKER GROUP BY USING THE PRICING UNDER THE FLORIDA STATE CONTRACT, WITHOUT COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND WITHOUT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWO DOLLARS AND 61 CENTS ($87,402.61); DECLARING CERTAIN EQUIPMENT OBSOLETE, SURPLUS, AND OF NO FURTHER USE TO THE CITY. |
